Welcome to CUSTOMLY. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Information

We strive to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Every product is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped.

2. Custom Jewellery

CUSTOMLY specializes in personalized and custom-made jewellery.

Customers may request custom name jewellery or provide their own design reference.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect or we deliver the wrong item.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges when exchanging due to personal preference.
If the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was sent, CUSTOMLY will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

4. Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

5. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

Once production or order processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized products.

6. Order Processing

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched after order confirmation.
Customized jewellery requires additional production time depending on the design and complexity.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
