Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Customized jewellery orders require additional production time depending on the design and personalization. Estimated production time will be shared when your order is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your city, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), so you can track your parcel.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. CUSTOMLY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and product. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
